Frank Aviah

Worship Director

Frank has had a passion for music ever since he was about 7 years old. His parents were in the ministry so he has always felt called to be involved. He found his niche was music. He heard his calling loud and clear, which he describes as rare in hi experience, after praying. Shortly after, he decided to follow that call into ministry. Frank is a proud father to two beautiful girls. His life verse is Proverbs 3:6 because as we grow in our walk with God, the paths that lie ahead of us are so unclear. Simply acknowledging Him for who He is and what He has done will give us the best guidance in life.

Janell Burk

Youth Ministry Director

Janell is excitedly in love with the Lord. She was saved at VBS at age 11. Janell has a vibrant love and passion for the lord. She especially enjoys working with children and teens because they are close to her heart. Janell can be found serving the Lord willingly whether that be cleaning, singing, teaching, or missions. She cherishes her assignments with the Lord. Janell has been married to her husband Kevin for over 16 years and has three children and three grandchildren.

Staci Conley

Children's Ministry

Staci is a proud mother of two, Jaxton and Priscilla, with a passion for teaching and ministering to young children. She was an elementary Special Education teacher for 5 years and a First Grade teacher for 3. In 2019, she earned a Masters of Education from Ball State University. Staci is now devoting her time to tutoring children of all needs and growing the children's ministry within the church.
Staci loves to invite her friends and family members to church services and organize children's events as a way to serve her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She enjoys shopping, reading, exercising, camping, and anything that involves the beautiful, outdoor sunshine. Staci has been happily married for 5 years to Dr. Seth Conley of Family Dental Care in New Castle and Greensburg.

Chris Seward

Women's Ministry

Chris lives in the Springport area and I have been going to BRV for 8 years. She has 2 boys, Jacob and Thomas, and a spoiled German Shepherd named Gretchen. She enjoys camping, crafts and sewing and now enjoys doing crafts with the church kids. She can often be found swinging on the front porch on nice summer evenings; her favorite place to be.

Mary Beth Schoen

Technical Director

Mary Beth lives in Meadowbrook with her husband of 26 years, Scott. Together they raised two wonderful kids who have both found equally wonderful spouses. Her favorite verses can be found sprinkled throughout the book of Isaiah.
